2. Shipping Glass Railing

Once your order is packed, it’s safely stored until the carrier arrives for pickup. We partner with trusted local and international carriers who specialize in handling delicate items. From start to finish, we take pride in ensuring your glass is delivered in perfect condition, guaranteeing the utmost care at every stage of its journey.

3. Receiving Frameless Glass Railings

The moment you've been waiting for is here—your frameless glass railing has arrived! The carrier will deliver the securely packaged railing to your address using their tailgate service. Be sure to have a designated spot ready, as the box is quite large, typically measuring around 80" x 48" x 24".

When your package arrives, please inspect it carefully to ensure all items are included and undamaged. If you notice any issues, don’t worry—just let us know, and we’ll send a replacement free of charge. We value our customers and your satisfaction. You have 3 days to report any damage by emailing us directly.

Please be aware that any accidents or damages that occur after the goods have arrived in good condition, such as during installation, are not covered under the 3-day inspection period.
