Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does glass railing cost?
The price of glass railing varies depending on the type of glass system you choose. Although glass railing can be pricey up front, it often may be less expensive than other railing types in the long run. This is because it’s easy to maintain, extremely durable, and lasts for years. The price estimates shown on our website include standard 12 mm tempered laminated glass panels and 12-inch spigots. If you require other accessories, please contact us for a quote.
Are there additional costs for handrails?
Yes. Handrails are extra. The price varies widely, depending on the type of handrail you choose.
Is there a price difference between interior glass railing and exterior glass railing?
No. In general, there is no price difference between an interior or exterior application. You will typically use the same components, such as handrails, posts, and clips, for both applications.
Are there ways to save money with glass railings?
Yes, there are budget-friendly options for all systems. Much of the cost will fluctuate depending on the type of glass railing system that you choose. For example, choosing to use the Top Mount system will reduce your overall cost.
What else do I need for my glass railing?
Nothing! From glass panels to hardware to handrail, we offer every component you need for a complete glass railing system.
What form of payments can I use?
We accept credit and debit cards, EFT, cash, bankdraft with receipt, or cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. We sell at wholesale pricing therefore all sales and payments are due in full before or at the time of product pick up. Because we sell at wholesale pricing, sorry, no personal or company cheques, financing, credit or accounts are accepted.
How are glass panels packaged and transported?
Glass panels can be packaged flat onto wood pallets for transport by pickup truck, transport truck or trailers. Panels are wrapped in cardboard and stacked with foam cushions between panels. They are then strapped and shrink wrapped to pallet for transport. Pallets are loaded by forklift onto truck or trailer. We have a very good track record using these methods for glass arriving safely, however, due to the nature of the product we do not provide insurance once it has left our yard. We can now ship to a truck depot in a larger Canadian city near you for depot pick up or quote for residential curbside delivery for reasonable rates. Email or call for a quote. Please call or email for exact location or to arrange a day/time where glass can be purchased and picked up.
